Pricing depends on your dog's size, coat condition, and the service — a Bath & Brush is different from a Full Groom. We don't publish a flat rate because coats vary so much. Contact us or book online and we'll quote before we start.
We're appointment-first so stays stay short and low-stress. Call us in the morning and we can often fit a same-day Bath & Brush.
No. We're a brick-and-mortar spa at 2385 E Colorado Blvd in Pasadena. You drop off and pick up at the salon. We are not a van or in-home service.
Yes. We groom cats as well as dogs. Mention that you're bringing a cat when you book so we can set aside the right time and space.
No. We don't shave down double coats — including Goldens, Aussies, Bernese, and Great Pyrenees. We de-shed, condition, and hand-finish instead, which is healthier for the coat and how it grows back.
Yes — doodles are among our most-booked Full Grooms. We do breed-specific teddy-bear and hand-scissor finishes, and we don't shave curly coats down as a shortcut.
Most appointments take 2–3 hours total. We schedule overlap to keep stays short. Larger breeds or deep treatments may take a bit longer — we'll always let you know up front.
Yes — gently. We're Fear-Free certified and offer private suites and slower, no-pressure sessions. Ask about our Special care add-on if your pup needs extra time. If your pup needs muzzling for safety, we use only force-free, supportive techniques.
Current Rabies and DHPP. Bordetella is recommended but not required. Just email us your records before your first visit.
