Dog Grooming in San Dimas
Puddingstone mud in, a clean coat out.
San Dimas is the next town east of Glendora. Bonelli Park and Puddingstone Reservoir are why so many of these dogs need more than a wipe-down — and the Glendora spa is about ten minutes back toward Foothill.
San Dimas incorporated in 1960, later than its citrus-belt neighbors, on land that had been the San Jose Ranch. The name comes from Saint Dismas. Downtown still wears a western storefront face along Bonita Avenue, a leftover of the city's frontier branding. Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park and Puddingstone Reservoir take up the south end of town, with Raging Waters beside the lake. About 35,000 people live here, between Glendora, La Verne, Covina, and Walnut.
Bonelli is the dog story. The lake, the turf, and the trails mean wet paws, pond smell, and foxtails in the same afternoon. Via Verde and the San Dimas Canyon neighborhoods add actual hiking dirt on top of that. Downtown Bonita is the after-bath walk — sidewalks, not shoreline.
San Dimas families usually book a Bath & Brush after a Puddingstone day, or a Full Groom when the coat has gone past a rinse. Drop-off is the Glendora spa. Say San Dimas when you book so we know which door you mean.

Questions from San Dimas pet parents.
How long is the drive from San Dimas to the spa? +
About ten to twelve minutes west to 104 W Foothill Blvd in Glendora, via Bonita Avenue or the 210.
Can you bathe a dog that swam at Puddingstone? +
Yes. A Bath & Brush is the usual request after Bonelli. If the coat is also matted or overdue, book the Full Groom instead and tell us about the lake.
Do you come to San Dimas, or is this drop-off? +
Drop-off at the Glendora spa. We are not a mobile groomer. Pasadena is the other salon if you are already headed that way.
